Szczęsny admits smoking habit: 'It's harmful - I wouldn't advise it'

Wojciech Szczęsny has never made a secret of his fondness for cigarettes. The Polish Barcelona goalkeeper has built a career at the highest level, but he admits that tobacco remains a weakness he cannot shake. Even so, he is equally clear that smoking is not something anyone should take up. "I have a habit that turned out to be stronger than me. Other players also have their vices - some nicotine, some alcohol or gambling. I would not advise anyone to smoke. It's harmful. I understand that perfectly well, but I can't help it," Szczęsny said. Szczęsny has been with Barcelona since 2024.
