Rennes keeps Franck Haise on as head coach with new contract

Rennes has confirmed Franck Haise will stay on as head coach, signing him to a new contract. The 55-year-old Frenchman is now tied to the club until June 2028, with assistants Lilian Nalis and Johann Ramaré also included in the new terms. The previous deal has been extended by a further season. Haise took charge in February 2026 and finished the campaign in strong fashion. His team posted eight wins, one draw and three losses in the closing stretch, which was enough to secure a European finish and a spot in the Europa League.
