Aston Villa and Newcastle will compete for Palinha

Portuguese defensive midfielder Juan Palinha spent the previous season on loan with London's Tottenham, for which he played 45 matches, scored seven goals and provided three assists. However, "Spurs" ultimately did not dare to fully transfer the 31-year-old performer, after which he returned to Bayern Munich, which does not count on him in the coming season, as it did a year ago. Because of this, the player is forced to look for a new club and may move to England again, where Newcastle and Birmingham Aston Villa are very interested in his transfer. The "Lions" even had time to hold the first negotiations with the Munich team, but they offered only a lease with the right to purchase, which Bayern refused, because they insist only on selling the player with two years left on the contract. At the same time, the Munich team wants to see offers of around 25 million euros, which currently does not correspond to Villa's vision.
