This had not happened for 20 years: Dynamo set an anti-record in European cups

Dynamo Kyiv lost to Karabakh (0:2) in the return match of the third round of the Conference League qualification and was eliminated from the European Cup after a home victory (1:0). The last such early exit from the European Cup qualification for the "white and blue" was in the 2005/06 season, when they lost to the Swiss Thun (0:1, 2:2). Since that time, Dynamo has always at least reached the playoff round of the European Cup selection, and this series ended in Karabakh. For the first time since 1992, Dynamo was eliminated from the two-match confrontation of the European Cups, leading in the score after the first game. Before that, there were 11 successful attempts. Also, in six qualifying matches, Dynamo won only one, and this is the worst result for Ukrainian clubs with so many meetings.
