Arsenal have opened talks with Bayer Leverkusen over a possible transfer for defender Jarell Kuanza. This is reported by the media. The head coach of the Londoners, Mikel Arteta, is interested in strengthening the defense and sees the 23-year-old Englishman as a promising option. Quanza is able to play both in the center of defense and on the right wing, which is an additional attraction for the Arsenal manager. The defender joined Bayer Leverkusen last summer after moving from Liverpool. In his debut season in Germany, he played 44 matches and his performances made a positive impression on the club's management. Bayern currently do not want to part with Kuanca. The German club is satisfied with his performance in the Bundesliga and also notes the player's mature approach to adaptation in the new team.
