Liam Delap wants to continue his Premier League career despite interest from Italian side Como, managed by former Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas. This was reported by talkSPORT's chief transfer correspondent, Alex Crook.
Chelsea are ready to part with the forward for £50m - which would bring the Londoners around £20m in profit compared to the amount the club paid for the player last year. The 23-year-old Englishman failed to live up to expectations in his debut season at Stamford Bridge, scoring just one goal in 28 Premier League appearances and has been left out of the starting XI due to stiff competition for the forward position.
Prior to that, it was reported that Chelsea had reviewed their financial demands for Liam and now wanted around £50 million for the striker.
