Roma agreed with Lyon on the transfer of Fofana

Lyon winger Malik Fofana may soon become a player of Italian Roma. According to SportMediaset, the clubs have agreed to rent the 21-year-old Belgian footballer for 5 million euros with a mandatory buyout for 30 million euros if certain conditions are met. The agreement also includes additional bonuses of 5 million euros and a percentage of the subsequent resale of the player. At the same time, it is noted that the management of the French club seeks to keep Fofan in the squad for the upcoming Champions League qualifiers against the Turkish Fenerbahce. In the current 2026/27 season, Malik Fofana took part in two official matches for Lyon, but has not yet distinguished himself with productive actions.
