Arsenal have agreed to sign Konsa

Arsenal have reached an agreement with Aston Villa for the transfer of defender Ezri Konsa. This is reported by insider sources. The transfer fee is £50 million plus bonuses. The England defender will sign a long-term contract with the London club and will undergo a medical within the next 48 hours. Konsa attracted the attention of the coaching staff with his versatility, because he is able to act both in the center of the defense and in other positions of the defensive line. The Englishman made 48 appearances in all competitions last season and helped Aston Villa win the Europa League.
