Lille demands more than 100 million euros from Manchester City for Bouaddi

Manchester City are continuing to work on the transfer of Lille midfielder Ayoub Bouaddi, but agreeing a transfer will not be easy. According to journalist Matteo Moretto, the French club values his talent at more than 100 million euros. Negotiations between the parties should continue next week. Lille are expected to return to active dialogue with Manchester City after Sunday's Ligue 1 opener against Angers. Buaddi was included in Lille's application for the opening game of the new season, so the 18-year-old midfielder may even get playing time. It also means that the British will have to wait for the next step in the negotiations. Manchester City emerged as favorites in the race for Buaddi soon after the World Cup ended. However, there is less and less time left until the summer transfer window closes, so the English club will have to make a significant effort to convince Lille to let go of one of its most promising players. Last season Buaddi made 42 appearances for Lille in all competitions and scored one assist. His current contract with the French club runs until the summer of 2029.
