Real defeated Malaga in Madrid

As part of the third round of the Spanish La Liga 2026/27 at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu in Madrid, the local Real Madrid hosted Malaga.
The home team hit the visitors' goal three times during the first half. Jude Bellingham opened the scoring in the match, while the giants' advantage was doubled thanks to an own goal by Alfonso Herrero. Kylian Mbappe brought the score to a crushing level. Madrid put an end to the confrontation even in the compensated time of the second half. The last goal was scored by Arda Güler, who replaced Jude Bellingham shortly before the end of regular time.
Jose Mourinho's side won their third successive league title, avoiding conceding goals for the first time.
Next Friday, September 4, Real Madrid will visit Real Betis. Malaga will host Levante on Sunday, the 6th.
