The summer window is heating up, and insider has dropped a fresh batch of updates covering Tottenham, Manchester United, and a few more clubs making moves. United have made fresh contact with his representatives, but there has been no formal approach to Chelsea. The Blues do not consider Santos untouchable, and a substantial permanent offer could see him leave. A loan is not an option. Romano adds that United had already discussed Santos during earlier meetings about Bruno Guimarães. Finally, Sporting CP winger Francisco Trincao is very close to joining Al Ahli. Despite links with AC Milan and Premier League clubs, a move to Saudi Arabia now appears to be his next step.
