Fulham have accelerated talks with Real Madrid for two of the club's academy products. Sources indicate that the Cottagers are closing in on a deal for attacking midfielder Cesar Palacios, 21, while negotiations for Gonzalo Garcia have reached an advanced stage. Any transfer for Garcia is expected to cost well above €30 million.
