Barcelona's €45m Rodri bid dismissed by Man City

Barcelona have opened the bidding for Rodri with an offer in the region of €45m plus add-ons, but Manchester City have quickly shut it down. City regard the package as nowhere near the level required to even discuss a sale and insist there have been no meaningful talks - in their eyes, no serious bid has actually been made. Barcelona are aware the asking price is around €80m.
