Atlético Plot Romero Bid After Sales; Simeone Keen

Atlético Madrid are lining up a move for Cristian Romero. A formal bid is expected once the club completes its planned outgoings, with Molina and possibly Ruggeri on the way out. The offer is expected to match the package Inter previously put together - a €40m deal that had been agreed with Tottenham on the club side, but never got over the line with the player. Diego Simeone is pushing for Romero, known as Cuti, and wants him in his squad.
