FC Köln make official loan move for Mikey Moore

FC Köln have stepped up their pursuit of Tottenham winger Mikey Moore. The Bundesliga side have sent an official offer to take the youngster on loan, with talks now at an advanced stage. There is still work to be done before a deal is sealed, but the German club are clearly pushing hard to get this one over the line.
