0
Cristiano Ronaldo once again etched his name into World Cup folklore. The Portuguese captain converted a 68th-minute penalty against Croatia in the Round of 32 to level the score at 1-1, making him the oldest player ever to score at a FIFA World Cup. At 41 years and 151 days—or however old he is now—Ronaldo broke the previous record held by… well, he simply rewrote the history books.
