Man Utd signing ‘almost guaranteed’ after Baleba - Romano

Transfer insider insider has said that Manchester United ’s move to sign Carlos Baleba from Brighton will certainly not be their last deal of the summer, with at least one more deal ‘almost guaranteed’.
United have had a comparatively slow summer to date, largely because they have not been able to offload the players they wanted. But the Red Devils have, nevertheless, completed deal to sign Youri Tielemans and Andrey Santos from Aston Villa and Chelsea respectively.
Baleba is expected to follow in the coming days, with Man Utd close to an agreement worth in the ballpark of €70 million (£60m) for Brighton’s Cameroon international star.
Romano ‘almost guarantees’ Man Utd signing
Romano says that once a move for the former Lille star is done, United have set their eyes on potentially two more arrivals.
“The expectation is for the next signing at Man Utd to be Carlos Baleba. But Manchester United are not done yet on the market,” he told his YouTube channel.
“This is the way to go for a left-back, and let's see what happens up front if Joshua Zirkzee leaves. So it could be two more signings after Baleba for Manchester United.
“One left-back, I would say, is almost guaranteed, and then one more striker only if Zirkzee leaves.”

Who have Man Utd been linked with?
Man Utd’s top target for the left-back role is Lewis Hall, though Newcastle are reticent to sell the England star following a summer in which they have seen several key players depart.
Other names in this area who have been linked with a move to Old Trafford include Fulham’s Antonee Robinson , Germany international David Raum from RB Leipzig and Club Brugge star Joaquin Seys, who currently looks the likeliest player to move to United.
Further up the field, there are few clear options who are rumoured to be close to the Red Devils, although a loan move for Real Madrid rising star Endrick is one possibility that has been suggested.
United are unlikely to make a huge splash on any individual player at this juncture of the transfer window, but there is little doubt that Michael Carrick’s squad requires additional depth to cope with the forthcoming challenge of Champions League football.
