Bayern Munich have secured Nathaniel Brown from Eintracht Frankfurt, and AC Milan have paid Paris Saint-Germain €74 million for Gonçalo Ramos. As the World Cup complicates planning for many, these early moves are setting the stage for a frantic few weeks ahead.
