Nottingham Forest are in advanced talks with Spanish club Celta Vigo over a deal for wing-back Javi Rueda.Forest are in the market for a right wing-back, having missed out on Anan Khalaili, who joined Crystal Palace from Royale Union Saint-Gilloise after Forest had a £20million bid for the Israeli rejected.Rueda has now emerged as Forest’s main target, although the Premier League club are still working to agree personal terms with the 24-year-old and a package with Celta.
