Manchester City is bracing for one of its biggest transfer overhauls in recent years following Pep Guardiola’s departure. According to The Athletic, the club is open to listening to offers for a significant number of first-team players, with the futures of several key figures yet to be resolved. At the heart of the uncertainty is Rodri. The Spanish midfielder’s contract runs until the summer of 2027, but he has so far shown no inclination to sign an extension. Talks are expected to resume in the coming weeks. Defender Rúben Dias is also drawing attention — Real Madrid have expressed interest in the Portuguese center-back. While City are not actively looking to sell, a substantial bid could change the equation. The club is also willing to consider departures for Mateo Kovacic, James Trafford, and Nico González. The situations of Savinho, Omar Marmoush, and Tijjani Reijnders remain unclear. Additionally, City would not block moves for Kalvin Phillips or Jack Grealish if suitable offers arrive. City have already lost several important players — Bernardo Silva, John Stones, and Nathan Aké have left the club.
