Terms of use
These are the terms on which TopBin9 is offered. By using the site you accept them. They are short on purpose, and the section on the games is the one worth reading even if you skip the rest.

What TopBin9 is
A football site: fixtures, results, squads, news, and a set of games built on top of them. It is independent and not affiliated with any club, league or governing body.
Most of it can be read without an account. An account is needed only to save what you create and to appear on the tables.
The games are free, and nothing is staked
Guessing a lineup, predicting a result, running a simulation and every contest built on them are free to enter. There is no entry fee, no stake, no wager and no cash prize.
Points have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged for anything, or withdrawn. They exist to order a table and for no other purpose.
This is not betting, and nothing here is a betting service. If you gamble elsewhere on the basis of anything you read here, that is entirely your own decision and your own risk.
We may adjust or reset points if a scoring error is found, or if points were earned by breaking the rule below.
Fair play
One account per person. Do not create additional accounts to enter a contest more than once or to flatter your own standing.
Do not use scripts, bots or automated tools to enter predictions or to scrape the site in bulk.
We may remove points, entries or an account where these are broken. We will say why.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
You can delete your account at any time through the feedback form, and what you created goes with it.
We may suspend an account that is used to abuse other people, to break the law, or to attack the site.
What you write
Comments and anything else you post remain yours. By posting you allow us to display it on the site.
Do not post material that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, or that you have no right to publish. We may remove anything that is, and we do not undertake to review everything before it appears.
Predictions, simulations and accuracy
The simulator plays out a match from a statistical model. It is a model, not a forecast anyone should rely on, and it is labelled as such wherever it appears.
Match data comes from third-party sources and can be late, incomplete or wrong. We correct what we find, but we do not warrant that anything on the site is accurate, and nothing here is advice of any kind.
Availability
The site is offered as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, that features will not change, or that a game will run forever. A contest may be ended or altered, and we will say so on the site rather than let it quietly stop working.
Content and sources
Where the material on the site comes from, who owns the marks and photographs, and which text was written by a language model are all set out separately.
Your privacy
What we collect, who sees it, and our undertaking not to train language models on your data are set out in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date above changes with them. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version.
If you disagree with a change, delete your account; nothing is held against you for it.
