The coach rates Garcia highly, describing him as a classic center-forward who can battle defenders, dominate in the air, and consistently threaten the opposition's goal. Mourinho believes Real Madrid currently lack exactly this type of striker and is determined to convince Garcia to continue his development at the club. Garcia broke into the Real Madrid first team in the summer of 2025. Since then, he has made 51 appearances, scored 13 goals, and provided five assists. The forward has also earned a call-up to the Spanish national team. His current contract runs through June 2030, and Transfermarkt values him at €30 million.
