Everton Set to Reignite Interest in Chelsea Striker Delap

According to talkSPORT, Everton are preparing to re-enter the race for Chelsea forward Liam Delap. David Moyes held personal talks with the striker last summer before Delap opted to join the Blues, but the Toffees boss hasn't given up. The 23-year-old Englishman moved to Chelsea in June 2025 for £30 million following an impressive spell at Ipswich Town, signing a six-year deal. However, his time in London has been underwhelming - he managed just one Premier League goal in 28 appearances last season. With Chelsea's busy summer of attacking reinforcements clouding his future, Everton now see an opportunity to bring him to Goodison Park.
