Everton close in on Arsenal midfielder Christian Norgaard

Everton have reached a full agreement with Arsenal to sign midfielder Christian Norgaard, according to transfer insider Fabrizio Romano. The two Premier League clubs have reportedly settled on a fee of £7 million, with the Dane set to leave the Emirates after only one season in north London. The deal is in its final stages. Officials are expected to exchange the relevant paperwork over the weekend, after which the player will undergo a medical before putting pen to paper. Last season, Norgaard made 20 appearances across all competitions for Mikel Arteta's side, registering two assists and helping Arsenal win the Premier League title. Earlier reports had also claimed that Bruno Guimaraes could be on his way to Arsenal.
