Manchester City line up €81m bid for Pedro Neto

Manchester City have set their sights on Pedro Neto and are prepared to pay €81m to sign him. Reports indicate the Manchester club could make a formal approach to Chelsea before long. The 26-year-old Portugal winger has established himself as one of the Premier League's most dangerous wingers since moving from Wolverhampton to Chelsea. He is a regular in the Portugal squad and finished last season with 10 goals and 13 assists from 52 appearances. City, though, are not the only club keeping a close watch on Neto. Tottenham, Liverpool and Milan are also monitoring the situation, while there has been previous talk of a move to Al-Hilal.
