Ipswich Town signs Florentino Luís from Burnley on five-year deal

Ipswich Town has completed the signing of central midfielder Florentino Luís. The English club confirmed the move from Burnley but did not disclose the fee. The 26-year-old Portuguese has signed a five-year contract that will keep him at Portman Road through the summer of 2031. Luís made 31 Premier League appearances for Burnley last season after joining from Benfica. At Benfica, he won two league titles and played in the Champions League. He also had spells in Spain and France, representing Getafe and Monaco. Internationally, he played for Portugal's youth teams, including the Under-21 side.
