Roma and Atlético agree deal for World Cup 2026 finalist Nahuel Molina

Nahuel Molina is closing in on a move to Roma after Atlético Madrid accepted the Italian club's latest bid. The proposed package is worth €13m plus €4m in bonuses, and the Madrid side are ready to let the 28-year-old full-back leave with one year remaining on his contract. Roma are now in talks with the player over a future agreement. The Argentine defender first caught the eye at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, and six months later Atlético signed him from Udinese for €20m. Following the 2026 World Cup in North America, Molina is preparing for his next move. Last season he made 46 appearances, totaling 2,400 minutes on the pitch, with two goals and four assists to his name.
