Inter reject Brentford's €40m bid for Aleksandar Stankovic

Brentford made an official approach for Aleksandar Stankovic, only to be knocked back by Inter. La Gazzetta dello Sport reports the Premier League club offered €40m for the midfielder, but both the Milan side and the player himself said no to a move. Stankovic impressed while on loan at Brugge during the 2025/26 season, and Inter triggered their buy-back clause this summer to bring their academy graduate back. Dejan Stankovic's son has eight caps for Serbia.
