0
Bayer Leverkusen are closing in on another signing. According to Fabrizio Romano, the German club have reached a full agreement with Marseille for Argentina defender Facundo Medina. The package is worth €25 million, with all bonuses already included in that figure. Medina is now expected to travel to Germany for a medical before putting pen to paper. The 27-year-old joined Marseille from Lens last year for €18 million and made 27 appearances in all competitions during the 2025/26 season. He was also part of Argentina's squad at this year's World Cup, featuring in five matches - including the 0-1 final defeat to Spain.
