Real Madrid has made Vinícius Júnior's future official. The Brazilian winger signed a new deal with the club that runs through June 30, 2032. Vinícius joined Real Madrid in the summer of 2018 at age 18 and has developed into one of the team's most important players, racking up 375 appearances and 128 goals. His trophy haul at Real Madrid stands at 14, including two Champions Leagues, three Club World Cups, three La Liga titles, a Copa del Rey, three Spanish Super Cups and two UEFA Super Cups. He also left his mark on the Champions League finals in 2022 and 2024, with decisive contributions in both games. His individual recognition includes The Best FIFA Men's Player 2024, the Champions League Player of the Season award for 2023/24, and selections to FIFA and FIFPro teams. The renewal puts an end to the speculation that had linked him with a move away this summer. Real Madrid also announced the transfer of Diomande on the same day.
