Rennes rebuff Fulham's €23m bid for Ait-Boudlal

Fulham have their sights set on Rennes defender Abdelhamid Ait-Boudlal. The Premier League club put a €23 million bid on the table for the 20-year-old Moroccan, but Rennes turned it down. The French club values Ait-Boudlal more highly and is not willing to sell at that price. Fulham have not cooled their interest, though, and are continuing to evaluate the transfer. Ait-Boudlal played in 21 matches for Rennes last season, scoring two goals and registering one assist. Earlier reports also indicated that Real midfielder Palacios had become a Fulham player.
