Arsenal make first inquiry for Everton winger Iliman Ndiaye

Arsenal has joined the race for Everton winger Iliman Ndiaye. The Gunners have sent an initial inquiry for the 26-year-old Senegalese player, whose performances have caught the club's attention. Reports say Saudi Arabia's Al-Hilal is also keen on the winger. Ndiaye has turned down Everton's contract extension offer, and a transfer could cost around £75 million.
