Barcelona close to selling Roony Bardghji

Barcelona is close to finalizing Roony Bardghji's exit, with the final details of the transfer now being put in place. Sporting director Deco has met with the winger's agent, Christian Emile, to work out the remaining details. The 20-year-old Swede has decided to move on after finding playing time hard to come by. Lamine Yamal's consistent form has kept Bardghji out of the picture. Yamal is Hansi Flick's clear first choice on the right side of the attack, leaving limited room for the young winger. Barcelona is still pleased with Bardghji's attitude and professionalism, though, and believes he needs regular matches to keep developing. The Catalan club wants a permanent transfer and plans to include a sell-on clause. Sporting is among the main suitors for the Swedish winger, with a number of other European clubs also showing interest. Barcelona signed Bardghji for €2.5 million and now expects to make a significant profit from his sale.
