Liverpool balk at PSG's €160m asking price for Barcola - Le Parisien

0
Liverpool remain interested in Bradley Barcola but are not prepared to meet Paris Saint-Germain's demands. According to Le Parisien, the French champions value the 23-year-old winger at €160-170 million and will not entertain offers below that range. The Merseyside club have held talks but made clear they are unwilling to spend that kind of money. Reports of a €115m bid being readied have not been confirmed, with Liverpool yet to submit a written offer. The French side's position has not softened even though Barcola, after returning from the 2026 World Cup, told PSG he does not want to extend a contract that runs through the summer of 2028. Paris are determined not to lose one of their attacking leaders on the cheap and will only sanction a sale if a club meets their valuation. Negotiations continue, with Liverpool still looking for a compromise.
