Lukaku on Fenerbahce radar as Turkish club hold transfer talks

Fenerbahce have made their move for Romelu Lukaku, opening direct talks over a potential transfer. The news was reported by transfer insider Fabrizio Romano. The Turkish club are pushing to get a deal over the line, and negotiations are already underway with Lukaku's camp. Fenerbahce's president is personally involved in the process. Lukaku's career has taken him through Anderlecht, Chelsea, West Brom, Everton, Manchester United, Inter, Roma and Napoli. In the 2025/26 Serie A season, the Belgian striker has featured only five times for Napoli, scoring one goal and picking up one yellow card. There had already been word that Napoli were ready to part ways with Lukaku in the summer transfer window, and Fenerbahce now look determined to take advantage.
