Barcelona set the price of Torres for PSG

Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain will soon begin negotiations regarding the transfer of striker Ferran Torres. The Spaniard has already informed the Catalan club of his desire to continue his career in Paris.
According to Diario Sport, Barcelona plans to start negotiations with a demand of 65 million euros. The Catalans are interested in receiving a significant amount from the sale of the player, as these funds can help the club complete work in the transfer market.
At the same time, Barcelona understands that it will not be easy to agree on such compensation. Torres' contract with the club runs until June 30, 2027, and the player himself has already agreed to personal terms with PSG, which significantly affects the position of the Catalans in negotiations.
The Parisians do not plan to pay 65 million euros, but are ready to make an offer sufficient to start substantive dialogue. According to the source, Torres' current valuation is around 55 million euros. It is this amount that PSG can approach thanks to the combination of guaranteed payment and bonuses.
In Barcelona, 55 million euros is considered an acceptable final price. That's how much the club paid Manchester City for the transfer of Torres, so a potential sale for a similar amount will allow the Catalans to fully recoup their investment.
Negotiations can be facilitated by a good interaction between the sports directors of the two clubs, Deku and Luis Kampuche. The parties expect to quickly find a compromise and complete the transfer in the coming days.
Ferran Torres spent five seasons in Barcelona. In the 2025/26 campaign, he scored 16 goals in 33 La Liga appearances, equaling the team-high with Lamine Yamal, and also provided two assists.
