Porto have agreed a loan deal for Tottenham defender Joao Sousa

Porto will take over the payment of the footballer's salary according to his current contract with the London club. The personal terms of the transfer have already been agreed with Souza himself. The Portuguese club followed the Brazilian even during his performances for Santos.
