The Rangers announced on their official website that they have signed a contract with Portland Timbers forward Kevin Kelsey.
The agreement with the 22-year-old Venezuelan is calculated until the summer of 2030 with the possibility of extension for one more season. As part of the Scottish club, he will play under number 19.
According to mass media, the amount of the transfer was 13 million dollars.
Kelsey has played for Portland since last January after transferring from Shakhtar Donetsk. He has 63 matches, 19 goals and five assists.
