The schedule of the 7th round of the Ukrainian Premier League was approved: the match between Zorya and Dynamo got a ribroadcaster start time

The Directorate of the Ukrainian Premier League officially approved the schedule of matches of the 7th round of the championship of Ukraine for the 2026/27 season. The matches will be held over three days - from September 18 to 20. The confrontation between Luhansk Zora and Kyiv Dynamo, which will take place at the Valery Lobanovbroadcaster Stadium in Kyiv, will be interesting. The match is scheduled for Saturday, September 19, at 3:30 p.m. However, such a decision has already caused concern, since the start time of the game creates additional risks for its full implementation. Previously, due to regular air strikes, clubs from Kyiv and Kyiv region were strongly recommended to start matches at 13:00. This was done in order to have enough daylight and spare time in case of forced stops. Despite safety recommendations, the game was set for 3:30 p.m. There is now a serious risk that in the event of a prolonged air alert, the teams will not have time to finish the meeting within the limits of the game day. In this case, the match will have to be postponed or played later, depending on the decision of the responsible authorities. It also recently became known that sports events without shelters were temporarily banned in Kyiv. Restrictions apply to mass events in the open air, as well as events in premises that do not have an equipped shelter. It is, in particular, about sports competitions, races, concerts, festivals and other mass events of an appropriate nature. The seventh round will be the last before the international break. Immediately after the conclusion of the central match between Shakhtar and LNZ, the Premier League will take a break until October 10. During this time, the national team of Ukraine has to play four matches in the League of Nations.
