Carpathians won an away victory over Kolos in the opening match of the 6th round of the UPL — 2:0. The Lviv team scored both goals in the first half. Nazarii Rusyn opened the scoring in the 9th minute, who took advantage of a mistake by the hosts and sent the ball into the net with a powerful shot. And in another 11 minutes, the Carpathians doubled their advantage: Rusyn found Vantukh on the wing, who executed a cross, after which Seri hit the goal with the second attempt. Kolos tried to fight back and created several dangerous moments, including Rrapai's efforts, but Mysak was reliable in the Carpathian goal. The Lviv team could have scored more, but in the end they kept a comfortable advantage and took three points. In the next round, Kolos will play away against Kudrivka, and Karpaty will host Veres. However, already in the middle of the week, the teams will meet again — this time in the Cup of Ukraine.
