Cagliari narrowly won against Atalanta

Cagliari secured an important away win against Atalanta in their Serie A Round 4 match as Fabio Pisacane's side scored twice and held on despite heavy pressure from the hosts in the second half. Cagliari opened the scoring in the 19th minute. Michel Adopo came down the right and sent a cross into the penalty area, where Paul Mendy hit the crossbar with a powerful shot from close range that sent the ball into the net.
