Barcelona are unhappy with one decision of Flick

Barcelona have made an excellent start to the 2026/27 season with eight wins in eight matches. However, the club was dissatisfied with one of the decisions of head coach Hansi Flick. Forward Hamza Abdelkarim impressed the managers with his performance during pre-season training. The club expected that the 18-year-old footballer would regularly receive playing time in official matches for further progress. However, Flick only brought on Abdelkarim as a late substitute in one match, while in all other matches he remained on the bench for the full 90 minutes. The German specialist is convinced that the striker must improve certain aspects of his game before claiming a place in the squad. Instead, the management is convinced that the player will be able to eliminate these shortcomings only thanks to constant game practice. The "Blaugranas" will play their next match on October 10 on their own field against Getafe.
