PrivatBank put the Dnipro-Arena stadium up for auction

PrivatBank put up for open auction in the Prozorro system. Well-known sports assets are for sale - the Dnipro-Arena football stadium and the training base in Dnipro. The starting price of the lot is UAH 140.7 million excluding VAT. The auction is scheduled for October 6, 2026. In order to participate in the auction, potential buyers must pay a guarantee fee of UAH 7.04 million. Dnipro-Arena Stadium: Opened after reconstruction in 2008, it is designed for 31,003 spectators. Previously, FC Dnipro and SC Dnipro-1 played their home matches here. The complex includes a football field measuring 105x68 meters with modern systems of heating, lighting and automatic watering. The territory has locker rooms, warm-up rooms, a gym, rooms for coaches and the media, a VIP box for 296 people, a restaurant for 550 people, as well as a parking lot. Educational and training base: Located in the forest park zone of the Prydniprovsk residential area (built in 1971 and reconstructed in 2010). The complex has seven open football fields, an indoor stadium with stands for 506 seats, cottages for football players, office and residential buildings, a medical and rehabilitation center, a swimming pool and a sauna. The total area of ​​real estate objects sold as a single pool is 36,484.6 square meters. m. At the same time, the land plots under them remain in communal ownership and are not included in the sale. PrivatBank received the stadium and the base on its balance sheet in order to pay off debts for loans that were issued even before the nationalization of the financial institution. The property is being sold as part of cleaning up the bank's portfolio from non-core assets. It is noted that about a year ago, these objects were already tried to be sold for 150 million hryvnias, but the bidding did not take place due to the lack of interested parties.
