During Nagelsmann's tenure, players could come to dinner at the hotel at will, starting at 19:00 or 20:00. Now - all players must show up for dinner exactly at the appointed time - at 19:00 or 20:00. In this way, the coaches want the dinner to be an opportunity for the players to communicate and exchange ideas. Second, mobile phones are banned before matches. During pre-match warm-ups or training, gym sessions or massages, players should focus on the game and communicate with their teammates. Third, no haircuts at the team hotel. The idea is that if you're going to a national team camp, you should take care of your appearance beforehand, just like any other employee. And finally, family visits by players during their time in the national team camp were banned, which gained popularity during Nagelsmann's tenure. This will only be allowed sporadically during major tournaments. In September, the German national team will play against the Netherlands on September 24, against Greece on September 27 and October 4, and against Serbia on October 1.
