Khudobyak ended his professional career as a football player

Ihor Khudobyak announced the end of his professional career at the age of 41. The former football player of the Ukrainian national team announced his decision on social networks. Khudobyak spent 24 years in professional football and played 574 matches. He devoted most of his career to the Carpathians, for which he played 351 matches, scored 42 goals and provided 38 assists. As part of the Lviv club, the midfielder also got the opportunity to play in European cups. His opponents included Borussia Dortmund, PSG, Sevilla and Galatasaray. Khudobyak played 6 matches for the Ukrainian national team. Also, a significant stage of his career fell in Cyprus, where he played for Etnikos - 119 matches, 10 goals and 2 assists. "I gave my best years, my heart and everything I had to football. Today, my professional career as a football player ends. But I am not saying goodbye to football. Not even close," Khudobyak wrote.
