Juventus have targeted the Manchester City defender

In Turin, Juventus is seriously considering the possibility of strengthening the left flank of the defense by the defender of Manchester City, Ryan Ait-Nouri. According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the Turin club is leading the fight for the player and plans to agree on his loan in January. If it is not possible to agree on the Algerian, the Italian giant will switch to David Raum from RB Leipzig. Such interest is due to the current situation of Ait-Nuri in the Manchester club. After coming to coach Enzo Maresca, the 25-year-old footballer lost his place in the main team of the townspeople, losing to the competition of Yoshko Guardiola and Nico O'Reilly. Ait Nouri has yet to play a single minute in the 2026/27 English Premier League. However, the defender makes the most of his limited playing time in cup tournaments: he already has 3 assists in 2 matches. He provided two assists in a 5-0 League Cup win over Norwich and another after playing just 16 minutes against Porto in the Champions League. Ryan Ait-Nouri joined Manchester City in June 2025 from Wolverhampton. This transfer cost the townspeople £31 million. The player signed a five-year contract until the summer of 2030.  During his performances as part of the team from Manchester, Ait-Nuri managed to win two prestigious domestic titles. In the 2025/2026 season, together with the club, he triumphed in the FA Cup and the English League Cup.
