All the latest Man Utd transfer news in one place, including updates on Isaac Konde, Mohamed Kader Meite and Ederson.
Liverpool raid completed
Liverpool have agreed a deal to sign Liverpool youngster Isaac Konde, insider reports.
The 16-year-old will join the Red Devils from their hated rivals on undisclosed terms, with the transfer insider stating that all the necessary paperwork was completed over the "last 24 hours."
Konde is a wide player by trade and featured for Liverpool's U18s last season. He becomes the second player to join Man Utd from one of their arch-rivals after goalkeeper Karl Darlow traded Leeds for Manchester this summer.
Meite deal on?
Man Utd remain interested in Al-Hilal striker Mohamed Kader Meite, claims.
The 18-year-old was a target for the Red Devils and other Premier League outfits in January, but he surprisingly decided to join Al-Hilal from Stade Rennais in a €30 million transfer. This move has yet to work out for him, however.
Meite barely featured in the second half of last season and, although he has played more so far this term, he was reportedly ready to return to Europe in the summer. Man Utd enquired about him, and they are still keeping tabs on him.
Ederson sends clear message
Atalanta midfielder Ederson has reiterated that he is fully fit and at the top of his game.
The Brazil midfielder was close to joining Man Utd in the summer, but the Red Devils pulled out of the deal after carrying out additional medical examinations as they had concerns over a potential long-term knee issue.
Atalanta and Ederson insisted that there was no injury concern, but Man Utd had made up their mind. The midfielder ended up signing a new contract in Bergamo and has impressed in the early stages of this season.
"I’m very well, as I’ve always been, actually," he told . "Physically, I can’t complain. I’ve always been very blessed in that regard, I’ve always been well. The injuries that affected my [Brazil] call-ups [earlier this year] were minor."
