Arsenal weigh shock Romero move as Spurs captain heads for exit

Arsenal are weighing up a sensational move for Tottenham skipper Cristian Romero, with the defender expected to leave Spurs this summer. Inter have already reached a verbal agreement with Tottenham for a fee in the region of €40m, but they have yet to agree personal terms with Romero.
